1. Permausability & Circular Economy

Our design approach is the regenerative circular economy. Permausability is our in-house design standard. It controls the entire product lifecycle – from material selection to 100% reclamation – guaranteeing maximum durability and reusability.

1.1 Production Following our Technical Cycle

Production uses certified, 100% pure, recyclable PP material.
This consistent material selection simplifies single-sort separation and is the prerequisite for our guaranteed circularity.

1.2 High Quality and Durability

Assembly and quality control in-house. All assembly and testing take place in our own facility. This secures the highest standards. Only qualitatively superior and durable products leave our warehouse.

1.3 Reclamation Guarantee for Waste Avoidance

Defective products are returned to the cycle. In the event of a defect or flaw, we feed the materials directly back into our recycling via our take-back system to close the loop.

1.4 100%Circularity

Pure PP is completely shredded and reused. Our single-sort polypropylene (PP) is 100% recyclable and is processed into new raw material after the end of its useful life.

We are committed to regional value creation in Bavaria. Our decisions are consciously geared towards minimizing transport routes, securing local jobs, and actively promoting the region's infrastructure.

2.1 Production in the Bavarian Forest

We guarantee the manufacturing of our products in our home region. Short distances from raw material to finished product minimize transport emissions and ensure that the entire value creation remains in Bavaria.

2.2 Direct Logistics

Packaging and direct shipping from the manufacturer in-house. We eliminate unnecessary intermediaries, thereby minimizing transport routes and reducing emissions.

2.3 Strengthening Regional Infrastructure

We secure local jobs by concentrating all production regionally. We actively invest in our region and utilize the existing infrastructure as a partner for our success.

3. Climate Protection using Green Energy

Our own, local energy sources form a strong foundation for the independence and sustainability of our production. Through this contribution to climate protection, we reduce our carbon footprint to a minimum.

3.1 Solar Power for Injection Molding

We use self-generated solar power for parts of our production, especially for energy-intensive injection molding. This ensures a constant supply of environmentally friendly electricity and reduces the procurement of external energy.

3.2 100%Hydropower for Wood Processing

Our wood processing is supplied with 100% self-generated hydropower. In this manufacturing area, we achieve full self-sufficiency and make a maximum contribution to environmental protection.

4. Longevity through Quality

Maximum longevity is no coincidence; it is the result of diligence. We secure our high standards through the manual inspection of all products, guaranteeing their robustness for decades.

4.1 Manual Premium Control

The Manual Final Inspection is carried out by our trained employees. Through this meticulous, skilled assessment, we uncompromisingly secure the highest standards and guarantee product quality before delivery.

4.2 Design for Decades

We develop and manufacture our products with the goal of maximizing their useful life. The combination of single-sort PP and our quality inspection secures robustness and thus reusability for many years to come.
