Shipping Costs

  • Delivery to Germany (DHL)

    For delivery within Germany, we charge €6.99 (shipped with DHL).
    We offer free shipping (with DHL) for orders of 24 panels (2 x 12-pack) or more within Germany.

  • Delivery to EU contries except Germany (DHL)

    For delivery to EU countries except Germany, we charge a flat rate of €16.99 (shipped with DHL) per order. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page. We also offer free shipping (with DHL) to European Union countries for orders of 24 panels (2 x 12-pack) or more.


Return Options

  • Return by revocation

    You can return new and unused products to us for any reason within the statutory revocation period of 14 days. The period begins on the day following the day of full delivery of the goods. The cost of the return shipment are covered by boxxtool. More about revocation here.

  • Exchange, replacement or refund

    Mistakes happen! If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from boxxtool and need an exchange, or if an item is missing from your order and you would like a refund or replacement, you can use our return process. If you need more information or help you can even contact us by phone, email, or through our contact form.

    If you want to return damaged parts to the material cycle, you will receive a discount on your next purchase.

How do I return an item from my order and how is the refund processed?

General information about returns

  • You can register your return in your user account via your order overview. The corresponding link can be found in the shipping confirmation email you received.
  • In your order overview, under your order, you will find the "Return Request" button. Here, you can choose between different reasons for return. (Please note that registering the return does not constitute a legal declaration of withdrawal. Further information on withdrawal can be found here.)
  • After registering the return, you will receive an email with the return conditions. Please return the items to us according to this information.
  • Once your return has been received and processed, the shop will confirm the receipt of the return at boxxtool, and you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Refund of the purchase amount

  • The refund will be processed within one week via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

How do I return defective items to the production cycle and receive a discount per panel on the next purchase?

Defective and heavily worn items are unusable. Since they are sorted by type, we can easily and sustainably return them to our production cycle - in line with the concept of Permausability.

Participation is rewarded. We offer you a discount, which we provide to you via a discount code.

To return them, please contact us by phone, email, or through our contact form. Depending on the quantity and return location, we will find the appropriate return method.

Note: All returned parts are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If our plastic experts determine that the damages are self-inflicted, due to improper use, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a discount on new parts. Don't worry, we know this is rare. Our product is very robust.
